Subject: $200 proposed HA dues
Please provide a dollar by dollar breakdown to show the exact need of the $100 increase in the proposed dues. Our homeowners have a legal right to see this type of report before voting on an increase of this size. Additionally, please show the actual cost of items as it relates to the additional funding you are requesting. Do not simply suggest a potential cost factor. I want to see real numbers that have been researched. Thank you, Lisa Elder
